It’s like a fabulous girls’ night, but with a little more soul and a lot more insight
Picture: Mapping My Concerns and Finding My Focus on 2 Feb 2026 online - welcoming voices from the world
Imagine a room—well, not a room, actually, an online space—where women from every corner of the globe come together, each with their own voice, worries, and dreams. It’s like a fabulous girls’ night, but with a little more soul and a lot more insight. We’re talking about taking those swirling concerns in your head, putting pen to paper, and having some heartfelt reflection that helps you focus on one call to action—because sometimes, that’s all it takes to feel renewed.
Nine women attending our 90-minute online session learning simple, effective techniques for prioritising and heartfelt goal-setting that, with commitment and a little help from friends, can truly make a difference.. And the real power? Listening. Truly taking the time to listen—to ourselves and to each other—without judgment or the need to fix each other. I have always believed that if someone does not ask for advice, don’t give it. Many of us are seeking our own answers and this session gives you the space to take that journey.
These sessions are about finding clarity in moments of overwhelm—the world is busy, and it’s a challenge to find yourself in all the noise. Bringing yourself and listening to others stories creates deeper reflection and genuine connection.
Whether you’re in Mumbai, Kenya, Syria, Nigeria, Nepal, UK or Italy, the session was about finding a focus, embracing resilience and realizing that sometimes, all you need is a little space to breathe, share, and connect. Because at the end of the day, it’s all about connection—and sometimes that’s what makes everything clearer. Join us! BOOK HERE
Here are some reflections from the women that came to the session.
“I was amazed by the richness of the global representation in the session. Hearing voices from different contexts broadened my perspective and reminded me how interconnected our challenges and solutions are.”
“What stayed with me most was the closing emphasis on commitment — not just reflecting, but intentionally choosing one action and making it known to someone else.”
“I enjoyed the emphasis at one point to choose with one’s heart, when making a decision.”
“I enjoyed the tender movement from feeling negative feelings to releasing it and positive feeling.”
“I enjoyed sharing my concerns.”
“It created a sense of shared responsibility beyond geographical boundaries. What stayed with me most was the closing emphasis on commitment — not just reflecting, but intentionally choosing one action and making it known to someone else. That simple act transforms intention into accountability and makes personal growth more tangible and real.”
